Protein Pancake Mix:
Ingredients: Protein Blend (Whey Protein Concentrate [from MILK], MILK Protein, EGG WHITE Protein), OATS, MCT Oil, Natural Flavouring, Bicarbonate of Soda, Sweetener (Stevia).
Protein Porridge Mix:
Ingredients: Rolled OATS, Protein Blend (Whey Protein Concentrate [from MILK], MILK Protein), Natural Flavouring, Sweetener (Stevia).
Protein Flapjack Mix Vanilla:
Ingredients: Rolled OATS, Protein Blend (Whey Protein Concentrate [from MILK], MILK Protein), Natural Flavouring, Flaxseed, Sweetener (Stevia).

Protein Pancake Mix:
1 serving (50g) makes 3-4 awesome pancakes
On your table plan:
- 2 scoops (50g) of STRIPPD Protein Pancake Vanilla (the one you’re holding)
- 100ml of water or the milk of your choice (not included in this pack, sorry)
Let’s get to work:
- Whisk mix & water/milk in a bowl
- Leave batter to rest for 2 min
- Pre-heat a pan with a light coating of oil
- Cook pancakes gently for 1-2 min on each side until golden
- Take it to the Next Level: Our favourite toppings: a drizzle of honey & berries

Protein Porridge Mix:
1 serving (50g) makes 1 yummy porridge bowl to fuel your day
On your table plan:
- 1 scoop (50g) of STRIPPD Protein Porridge Vanilla (the one you’re holding)
- 120-200ml of water or the milk of your choice (not included in this pack, sorry)
Let’s get to work:
- In a bowl, add 1 scoop of porridge mixture
- Add 120-200ml of water or milk (the less liquid you add, the thicker the porridge will be)
- Stir mixture well
- Microwave on full power for 2 min
- Stir & leave to stand for a few minutes
- Take it to the Next Level: Our favourite toppings: a drizzle of honey & berries
- Ready to rise & shine!
Protein Flapjack Mix Vanilla:
1 serving (200g) makes 8-12 tasty flapjacks, perfect for recovery
On your table plan:
- 4 scoops (200g) of STRIPPD Protein Flapjack Vanilla
- Not included in this pack:
- 50g of coconut oil
- 4 Tbsp of honey or golden syrup
- 4 Tbsp of the milk of your choice
- Recommended toppings: nuts & raisins
Let’s get to work:
- Pre-heat oven at 175C/350F
- Microwave 50g of coconut oil in a mixing bowl for 30 sec
- Add 200g of the Flapjack mix to your bowl and stir well
- Gently fold in 4 Tbsp of honey or golden syrup
- Finally stir in 4 Tbsp of the milk of your choice
- Stir the ingredients together until mixed well
- Line a medium depth baking tin or tray with grease proof paper and coconut oil
- Add the mix to the baking tin or tray
- Add the tray to the middle of the oven and bake for 10-12 min
