LAYERED SMOOTHIE BY MAIKEN @maikenf

Ingredients:

For purple layer:

 For yellow layer:

  • Sliced mango
  • Passion fruit
  • Handful of physalis (golden berries)
  • 1 frozen banana
How to vegan layer smoothie by Maiken:
  1. Blend the purple and yellow mixes separately in a blender for two minutes each
  2. Layer them in a tall glass
  3. Sprinkle with your favourite toppings such as pomegranate seeds, raspberries, and puffed quinoa
  4. Enjoy!
