Protein Pancake perfection by Strippd team

Ingredients:

 How to pancake perfect by the STRIPPD team:

  1. Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend for 30 seconds or until the mixture is combined and has taken on a thick creamy texture.
  2. Heat a non-stick frying pan on medium heat and add a little coconut oil.
  3. Move the pan around so that it is covered in the oil before placing a tablespoon of the mixture onto the heat.
  4. Cook on each side for around one minute, until they are golden.
  5. If the pancakes are thick and need longer in the pan, turn the heat down and flip constantly.
  6. Repeat this process until the mixture is all used and serve immediately.
  7. Stack them high and add all the toppings you desire (or, in this case we have included some berries, maple syrup and granola in your pack).
  8. Enjoy!
