Protein pancake perfection by the STRIPPD team
Healthy & delicious...our signature pancake!
How to pancake perfect by the STRIPPD team:
- Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend for 30 seconds or until the mixture is combined and has taken on a thick creamy texture.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan on medium heat and add a little coconut oil.
- Move the pan around so that it is covered in the oil before placing a tablespoon of the mixture onto the heat.
- Cook on each side for around one minute, until they are golden.
- If the pancakes are thick and need longer in the pan, turn the heat down and flip constantly.
- Repeat this process until the mixture is all used and serve immediately.
- Stack them high and add all the toppings you desire (or, in this case we have included some berries, maple syrup and granola in your pack).
