Gothic Protein Nice Cream by STRIPPD

Recipe makes 6 filled cones.

Ingredients:

Protein nice cream:

Protein waffle cones:

  • 1 scoop of STRIPPD Whey Lean Protein Powder Vanilla 
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp of sukrine gold
  • 1 Tbsp activated charcoal powder 
  • 3 Tbsp of coconut milk
  • 1/3 cup of all-purpose gluten free flour
  • 1/8 Tsp of salt
  • 4 Tbsp of coconut oil

How to gothic protein nice cream by the STRIPPD team

1/ Starting with the ice cream: lay out all ingredients on your table.

2/ Add all the ice cream ingredients in a blender.

3/ Blend until smooth, you might need to shake it a few times and cover it, activated charcoal powder is very fine and can go all over your kitchen.

4/ Pour mixture in a Tupperware recipient and pop in freezer for approximately 6 h.

 

5/ Now moving onto the waffle cones: lay out all ingredients on your table.

6/ Add the 2 eggs and the tablespoon of sukrine gold in a mixer bowl.

7/ Mix until blend becomes frothy.

8/ Add in 1 scoop of STRIPPD Whey Lean Protein Powder Vanilla, 3 tablespoons of coconut milk, 1/3 cup of all-purpose gluten free flour, 1/8 teaspoon of salt and 4 tablespoon of coconut oil and mix until blend is smooth.

9/ Fold in the tablespoon of activated charcoal powder. Mix until charcoal is well incorporated into batter. Leave batter to rest for a few minutes.

10/ Preheat a waffle-cone maker according to the manufacturer's instructions. Grease up the surface with some coconut oil. Spoon a tablespoon of batter onto the waffle-cone maker and close the lid and cook for at least 1 minute before lifting the lid to check if done yet. Whilst the waffle is cooking, prepare a clean tea towel, that will come super handy to roll the waffle cones without burning your fingers. Quickly remove the waffle from the waffle-cone maker onto the tea towel and shape it around the cone roller (included with the waffle-cone maker) rolling it onto the tea towel. Hold the cone for a few seconds to set its shape. Set the cone on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining batter. Makes about 6 cones.

11/ After 6 h in the freezer, take out the ice cream and scoop it out into your homemade gothic waffle cones and enjoy!!!
