Ingredients:

How to cranberry & dates protein balls by the STRIPPD team

  1. Soak dates in warm water for about 30min & oats for about 10min to help with texture
  2. Add all your ingredients to a blender & blend
  3. Form into balls
  4. Roll in cranberries
  5. Pop them in the fridge for about an hour
  6. Enjoy!
