Coconut & Vanilla Protein balls by the STRIPPD team

Ingredients:

Note: Recipe makes about 20 medium size balls

How to coconut & vanilla protein balls by the STRIPPD team

  1. Soak dates in warm water for about 30min to make the blend easier
  2. Add all your ingredients to a blender & blend
  3. Form into balls and roll them in remaining dry coconut
  4. Pop them in the fridge for about an hour
  5. Enjoy!

Note: if you feel texture is a bit dry: add a bit of water
