1 scoop (50g) of STRIPPD Protein Porridge Vanilla (the one you’re holding)
120-200ml of water or the milk of your choice (not included in this pack, sorry)
Let’s get to work:
In a bowl, add 1 scoop of porridge mixture
Add 120-200ml of water or milk (the less liquid you add, the thicker the porridge will be)
Stir mixture well
Microwave on full power for 2 min
Stir & leave to stand for a few minutes
