  • 300g of coconut or almond milk
  • 1 Tsp of almond butter
  • A small handful of frozen blueberries (or fresh if you prefer)
  • 1 Tsp of goji berries
  • 1 Tsp of ground turmeric
  • 1cm of grated ginger
  • 1 Tbsp grated coconut or desiccated coconut
  • 1 Tsp of chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp of pumpkin seeds
  • 1 Tsp of sunflower seeds
  • A couple of Brazil nuts
  • 1 Tsp raw cocoa nibs
  • A pinch of salt
