  • 50g of mixed nuts and seeds (pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, hazelnuts, brazil nuts etc)
  • 60g of dried apricots, chopped
  • 50g of dates, chopped
  • 55g of coconut oil
  • 20g of coconut sugar or caster sugar
  • 2 Tbsp of Maple Syrup
