  • 1 Tbsp of coconut yoghurt
  • 100ml of almond or coconut milk
  • 190g of frozen acai
  • 70g of frozen blueberries
  • 25g of oats
  • 1 banana
  • 1 stick of celery
  • 25g kale or spinach
  • 1 Tbsp of chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp of turmeric powder
  • 1 Tsp of grated ginger
