Vegan Blissberry & Chia Protein Balls




Step 1

Lay out all ingredients on your table.

Step 2

Soak dates in warm water for about 30 min & oats for about 10 min to help with texture. Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Step 3

Take mixture out of the blender. Form into balls and roll into chopped cranberries or cranberry powder. If texture feels a bit dry, not hesitate to add water or the milk of your choice.

Step 4

Pop them in the fridge for about an hour and enjoy!
