Pink Vegan Ombré Chia Protein Pudding




Step 1

Lay out all ingredients on your table.

Step 2

In a bowl, whisk together 2 scoops of STRIPPD Vegan Lean Protein Powder Mixed Berry, almond milk, chia seeds, shredded coconut and honey. Leave to chill in refrigerator overnight or at least 3 hours.

Step 3

Split equally the pudding mixture in 4 small bowls.

Step 4

For the lightest layer (the top one), add just a sprinkle of beetroot powder, then whisk with a fork until well combined. Continue the process with each of the separate bowls of pudding, adding more beetroot powder as you go to great a great gradient and chia seeds to increase density so the layers are well defined.

Step 5

Into 4 transparent jars, spoon the layers of chia pudding from darkest to lightest until the jars are almost full.

Step 6

Use yoghurt to fill the white top layer and top up with berries & add a sprinkle of desiccated coconut.
