Green Vegan Ombré Chia Protein Pudding
Lay out all ingredients on your table.
In a bowl, whisk together 2 scoops of STRIPPD Vegan Lean Protein Powder Mixed Berry, almond milk, chia seeds, shredded coconut and honey. Leave to chill in refrigerator overnight or at least 3 hours.
Split equally the pudding mixture in 4 small bowls.
For the lightest layer (the top one), add just a sprinkle of matcha powder, then whisk with a fork until well combined. Continue the process with each of the separate bowls of pudding, adding more matcha powder as you go to great a great gradient and chia seeds to increase density so the layers are well defined.
Into 4 transparent jars, spoon the layers of chia pudding from darkest to lightest until the jars are almost full.
Use yoghurt to fill the white top layer and top up with berries & add a sprinkle of desiccated coconut.
