Matcha Green Whey Protein Pancakes

METHOD

Step 1

Lay out all ingredients on your table and heat a pancake pan with a little oil or butter.

Step 2

Add in a mixing bowl the scoop of of STRIPPD Whey Lean Protein Powder Vanilla, 130g of flour, a teaspoon of baking powder, a pinch of salt and a pinch of sugar.

Step 3

Start mixing and pour in slowly 175ml of milk to avoid lumps.

Step 4

Add in the egg and coconut oil and mix until both are well incorporated.

Step 5

Add in the teaspoon of Matcha powder and mix well until incorporated.

Step 6

Remove bowl from mixing stand and leave batter to rest for 5 min.

Step 7

On the pre-heated pan: pour in one tablespoon of the mixture per pancake, smoothing it into a circle. Cook for a minute or two until bubbles start to appear on the top and it is turning golden underneath. Flip the pancakes and cook for a further minute or two. Repeat until all the mix is cooked.

Step 8

Top with banana and raspberries, cocoa nibs and maple/date syrup or coconut nectar and serve immediately: enjoy!
