- 330ml of almond milk
- 250g of plain flour
- 200g of caster sugar
- 2 Tsp of baking powder
- 1/2 Tsp of baking soda
- 1/2 Tsp of salt
- 120ml of melted coconut oil
- 1 Tbsp of Charcoal powder
For the frosting:
- 1/2 cup room temperature vegan butter
- 3 cups icing sugar
- 1/2 Tsp salt
- 1 Tsp pure almond extract
- 1/2-2 Tbsp non-dairy milk
- 1/2 Tbsp Charcoal powder
