For the cupcakes:

  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 330ml of almond milk
  • 250g of plain flour
  • 200g of caster sugar
  • 2 Tsp of baking powder
  • 1/2 Tsp of baking soda
  • 1/2 Tsp of salt
  • 120ml of melted coconut oil
  • 1 Tbsp of Charcoal powder

For the frosting:

  • 1/2 cup room temperature vegan butter
  • 3 cups icing sugar
  • 1/2 Tsp salt
  • 1 Tsp pure almond extract
  • 1/2-2 Tbsp non-dairy milk
  • 1/2 Tbsp Charcoal powder
