Gothic Charcoal Protein Nice Cream
Starting with the ice cream: lay out all ingredients on your table.
Add all the ice cream ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth, you might need to shake it a few times and cover it, activated charcoal powder is very fine and can go all over your kitchen.
Pour mixture in a Tupperware recipient and pop in freezer for approximately 6 h
Now moving onto the waffle cones: lay out all ingredients on your table.
Add the 2 eggs and the tablespoon of sukrine gold in a mixer bowl.
Mix until blend becomes frothy.
Add in 1 scoop of STRIPPD Whey Lean Protein Powder Vanilla, 3 tablespoons of coconut milk, 1/3 cup of all-purpose gluten free flour, 1/8 teaspoon of salt and 4 tablespoon of coconut oil and mix until blend is smooth.
Fold in the tablespoon of activated charcoal powder, as you can see just adding it in wasn’t such a great idea: it flew off everywhere!!! Mix until charcoal is well incorporated into batter. Leave batter to rest for a few minutes.
Preheat a waffle-cone maker. Spoon a Tbsp of batter onto the waffle-cone maker and cook for at least 1 min. Prepare a clean tea towel, that will come super handy to roll the waffle cones without burning your fingers. Remove the waffle onto the tea towel and shape it around the cone rolling it onto the tea towel. Hold the cone for a few seconds to set. Repeat with the remaining batter.
