Double Chocolate Protein Pancakes




Step 1

Lay out all ingredients on your table and heat a pancake pan with a little oil or butter.

Step 2

Add in a mixing bowl the scoop of STRIPPD Whey Lean Protein Powder Chocolate, 130g of plain flour, a pinch of salt and sugar and one teaspoon of baking powder.

Step 3

Turn on mixer and pour in slowly 140ml of milk to avoid lumps.

Step 4

Add in one egg and the table spoon of coconut oil, keep mixing.

Step 5

Add in the 80g of chocolate chips into the batter and mix until well incorporated.

Step 6

Remove mixing bowl from stand and leave batter to rest for 5 min.

Step 7

Cook a tablespoonful of the mix per pancake on the preheated pancake pan until bubbles start to appear in the top. Flip and continue cooking for a minute or two until golden brown. Repeat until you have used all the batter.

Step 8

Top the pancakes with a pinch of chili powder and Himalayan salt, maple syrup and strawberries. Enjoy!
