Chocolate Chips Whey Protein Cookies




Step 1

Lay out all ingredients on your table plan and pre-heat oven at 180°C/360°F.

Step 2

Add 165g of butter and 140g of unrefined golden caster sugar in a mixer bowl.

Step 3

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Step 4

Add the tea spoon of vanilla extract and one egg to the mixture and beat until well mixed.

Step 5

Add to the mixture one STRIPPD Whey Lean Protein Powder Chocolate, 200g of plain flour, half a tea spoon of bicarbonate of soda and a pinch a salt and mix well.

Step 6

Add in 120g of chocolate chips and beat until well mixed.

Step 7

Line a baking sheet with greaseproof paper and spoon on approximatively one tablespoon of the mix per cookie. If you prefer your cookies moist, leave mixture as a ball. If you prefer them crunchy, press it lightly.

Step 8

Add tray to pre-heated oven and bake for 10-12 min until turning golden around the edges.

Step 9

Remove tray and leave to cool and firm before removing them from the baking tray

Step 10

Separate cookies once cooled down and serve on platter or plate. Enjoy!
