  • 1 avocado, peeled and shelled
  • 50g of spinach
  • 25g of oats
  • 125ml of coconut or almond milk
  • 2 Tbsp of coconut or natural yoghurt
  • 5g of hemp seeds
  • 1 Tsp of ground turmeric
  • 1 Tbsp of goji berries or barberries
  • 1 Tbsp of raw cocoa nibs
