Apple Day Protein Flapjack Crumble
Lay out all ingredients on your table plan.
Heat oven to 180C. Peel and core the apples.
Thinly slice apples and spread evenly over a 1.5-litre ovenproof dish, not too deep.
Cook apples covered for about 30 min until apples are fairly soft. Leave to rest whilst you prepare the rest.
Grate one lemon for fresh zest and sprinkle over apples with cinnamon.
Microwave coconut oil for 30 sec in a mixing bowl.
Add 200g of the Flapjack mix to your bowl and stir well.
Gently fold the 4 Tbsp of maple syrup then stir in 4 Tbsp of almond milk until mixed well.
Spoon the flapjack mixture on top of the apples and bake for about 20 min until golden.
