- 300g of coconut or almond milk
- 1 Tsp of almond butter
- A small handful of frozen blueberries (or fresh if you prefer)
- 1 Tsp of goji berries
- 1 Tsp of ground turmeric
- 1cm of grated ginger
- 1 Tbsp grated coconut or desiccated coconut
- 1 Tsp of chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp of pumpkin seeds
- 1 Tsp of sunflower seeds
- A couple of Brazil nuts
- 1 Tsp raw cocoa nibs
- A pinch of salt
